Question 1

How do I find a tutor on TuitionWave?

Accepted Answer

Open Find Tutors and filter by subject, location, rating and availability. Each profile shows the tutor's qualifications, subjects and reviews. When one looks right, send a tuition request describing what you need and when.

Question 2

Can I become a tutor on TuitionWave?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Register as a tutor and complete your profile with your education, the subjects you teach and the areas you can travel to. Once our team verifies your details, student requests start reaching you.

Question 3

Is TuitionWave free to use?

Accepted Answer

Creating an account, browsing tutors and reading blog posts and job circulars are all free. Some job-preparation features, such as full model tests, are part of a paid package.

Question 4

Which exams does the question bank cover?

Accepted Answer

BCS, bank recruitment, NTRCA and other government job examinations. Questions are organised by subject, topic and subtopic, so you can revise one area at a time instead of working through everything at once.

Question 5

What is the difference between a model test and practice mode?

Accepted Answer

A model test is timed and scored like the real examination, and your result is recorded so you can track progress. Practice mode has no timer and shows the correct answer with its explanation immediately, which suits learning a topic for the first time.

Question 6

Do questions come with explanations?

Accepted Answer

Most do. An explanation sets out why the correct answer is correct, so a wrong attempt teaches you something rather than simply being marked wrong.

Question 7

Can I review the questions I got wrong?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After a model test you can review every question with your answer beside the correct one, which is usually the fastest way to improve a weak topic.

Question 8

Where do the job circulars come from?

Accepted Answer

Our team collects government and private recruitment notices and publishes them with the vacancy count, education requirement, application deadline and a link to the official source so you can verify every detail.

Question 9

Will I be told when a new circular is published?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have the app installed and notifications enabled. A new circular sends one notification with the circular image, and tapping it opens the circular.

Question 10

What happens when a deadline passes?

Accepted Answer

The circular is marked as closed rather than deleted, so you can still read the requirements. Use the 'Open only' filter to see those still accepting applications.

Question 11

What does a package include?

Accepted Answer

Access to the full model test series, the complete question bank and your performance history for the length of the package. The Pricing page lists what each one contains.

Question 12

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Through the mobile payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Your access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Question 13

What happens when my package expires?

Accepted Answer

Your account and your results stay. Paid features pause until you renew, and nothing you have already completed is lost.

Question 14

Where can I download the app?

Accepted Answer

The Android app is on Google Play. Scan the QR code on our home page, or search for TuitionWave. An iPhone version is not available yet.

Question 15

Can I use the same account on the app and the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One account covers both, and your results, packages and saved items follow you between them.

Question 16

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Accepted Answer

Check that notifications are allowed for TuitionWave in your phone's settings, then review the notification preferences inside the app, where categories such as model tests and jobs can be turned off individually.

Question 17

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Choose 'Forgot password' on the login screen and follow the link sent to your registered email address.

Question 18

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Request deletion from your account settings. Your profile and personal details are removed, as described in our terms.
